New York Wedding – Liz and Dan

It’s safe to say 2020 has turned the entire wedding industry upside down and inside out, but I am going to go out on a limb here and say I have actually really, really loved documenting these intimate celebrations (obviously not the reason behind them… but you get the idea) 😉

Early this Spring, Liz + Dan rescheduled their original wedding date, then rescheduled their rescheduled date (because… 2020) – and decided that even though they pushed their larger celebration to 2021, they really wanted to (safely) get married this year!

This was one of those really beautiful late summer/early fall days. The city was still pretty quiet and we actually snuck our booties into Gramercy Park (my first time in over 10 years of shooting!) for a few photos before we were kindly asked to take our booties right back out 😉

Liz and Dan are as lovely as two people can be and between their new pup, the vintage taxi, and Liz’s wedding dress that turned into a wedding pantsuit (!), I was on cloud 9 behind my camera ❤️

I am looking forward to capturing all the joy/dancing/merriment for these two again next year- but for now, I am soaking up all the beauty and intention of this day and am so honored to share some highlights here!
